We inspect foundations using digital measurement equipment in order to offer the most accurate opinion of the foundation. Also included in the inspection are roof coverings, roof structures, attics, walls (interior and exterior), ceilings, floors, windows, stairways, fireplaces, chimneys, porches, decks, and grading.
Electrical Systems
Each inspection comes with an examination of electrical service entrance cables and breaker panels. This is followed by all accessible switches and outlets throughout the home.
HVAC Systems
During the HVAC portion of the visit we will inspect the heating, cooling, air filters, vents and duct systems. Thermal cameras are used in this inspection in order to provide accurate temperature reading and potential leaks.
Plumbing Systems
Plumbing is one of the most important areas of a home inspection. We check all pluming supply, distribution systems and fixtures. Also included are drains, vents, water heating equipment and gas distribution systems.
Appliances
During each inspection we check all dishwashers, disposals, range hoods, ranges, ovens, microwaves, mechanical exhaust vents, garage door openers, and dryer exhaust systems.
