Contrary to popular belief, all home inspections are not created equal
The Texas Real Estate Commission sets guidelines for licensed home inspectors in Texas. Yet, these Standards of Practice are the minimum guidelines required by the state for a residential home inspection. It is up to the individual inspector to offer services above the standards.
Free services including irrigation system inspections, thermal imaging, foundation measurements are included as a standard on all our home inspections. We also offer premium services for a small fee including; WDI (termite) reports, sewer scopes, and repair cost estimates that can be added to any inspection.
